Minimum order?
For custom orders, I require one dozen minimum.
Pricing and Payment?
Custom orders start at $68 per dozen, but every order is different. One dozen includes 3-4 designs/colors. Please fill out our interest form for a custom quote!!
Payment in full is due upon receipt of invoice to confirm order and be placed on the cookie calendar. Payments not received five days past invoice date will be cancelled unless a mutually agreed upon payment date has been established.
Where/How are my cookies made?
We are located in Elkridge, MD (near Columbia/Ellicott City). Each delicious order is baked and decorated in a home kitchen that processes foods with eggs, all types of nuts, dairy, shellfish, sesame, and wheat products. I am not able to offer gluten free, kosher or vegan cookies at this time.
How early should I order?
Custom cookies are very popular! I am typically booked out 1-2 months in advance! Contact me as early as possible so we can get you on the calendar. To be placed on the calendar, payment in full is due upon receipt of invoice. Any changes to the order may be made up to seven days prior to scheduled pick up. Additional charges may incur.
Do you ship?
Due to Maryland cottage food laws, I am only permitted to ship to Maryland addresses. Shipping incurs an additional cost. I cannot be held responsible for cookies that are damaged after they leave my possession. You can also pick up from my home address in Elkridge.
